In 2016, the Ukrainian Government sought support from the Japanese government to assist the logistics network in the southern region of Ukraine. This Study was conducted to gather information on the situation and logistical issues in the southern region of Ukraine in the road/bridge and port sector, to review the plan of the Mykolaiv bridge construction project and to identify potential yen loan projects that would contribute to improving the region’s logistics, utilizing Japanese technology and expertise.
