PADECO has been appointed to serve as a Special Envoy for TICAD [Tokyo International Conference on African Development] Public-Private Partnership by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Japan. Mr. Kenji Yamada, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, presented the commission at a ceremony at MOFA on 26 June 2019. The commission continues until the end of 2019.
