PADECO is engaged in Operation and Maintenance Consulting Services (OMCS) for Project of Jakarta MRT System Phase 1 after successfully completing Management Consulting Services (MCS) as the lead firm for the same project in November 2014. The objectives of OMCS are to assist the Employer (The PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta, MRTJ) in implementing all the preparation and arrangement works required for operation and maintenance of MRTJ Phase 1 Lebak Bulus-Bundaran Hotel, enabling to conduct smooth transition to the operation stage, to enter a revenue operation without any troubles, and to achieve a safe, reliable and sustainable management of MRTJ even after operation. The subjects of the consulting services consist of, among others, the train operation plan, operation and maintenance system, computerized maintenance and operation system, regulation for operation and maintenance, estimation of unit cost required for operation and maintenance, training of personnel for operation and maintenance including testing procedure for certification. preparation of commencement of revenue operation. The services are scheduled for the period of 48 (forty eight) months. As a JV partner, PADECO is providing experts for cost estimation and IT system of operation & maintenance.
