The objective of the project was to nurture excellent human resources for ICT education institutions and for ICT industries. By improving the quality of education in the ICT sector through the implementation of a model education program established at Hanoi University of Technology, this project will contribute towards the strengthening of the country's industrial competitiveness. In this context, PADECO have been conducting the consulting services with JV company, which comprise of academic coordination including management of scholarship programs and support for Japanese language study, research coordination and industry collaboration, engineering and design work for equipment procurement, bid evaluation, preparation of contract documents and supervision of project implementation.
