Waseda Research Institute Corporation (WRI) was implementing research on university administration improvement. It needed information on case studies worldwide, but had some difficulty in obtaining fruitful information by simple internet research. PADECO was well skilled at research on foreign higher education, so WRI asked PADECO to collect data to strengthen their research. The topics to be researched were already selected by WRI, and the information was required very quickly.
