Project to Support the Operationalization of the In-Service Training Policy

This project contributed to the operationalization of an In-Service Training (INSET) system for primary school teachers in Ghana. It selected 10 pilot districts among 137 districts. The project activities included: (i) developing the model, (ii) developing the manuals to implement the model, (iii) training, and (iii) establishing a monitoring and evaluation system.
