The project to construct a new 15 km metro line linking the city center of Bucharest and the Henri Coanda International Airport. The purpose of the project is to improve public transport service along the line and to reduce the demand for vehicle use which can serve to mitigate the associated environmental impacts. The major parts of the consulting services include a review of the feasibility study report, preparation of tender documents for civil and depot works, evaluation assistance for contractor selection, assistance for contracting, construction supervision, and testing on the new line.
