A joint feasibility study of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Railway (MAHSR) was conducted by the Ministry of Railways (MOR) and Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA) in 2014-15. The project was to review this joint feasibility study, to prepare draft Design Documents and Bidding Documents for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Railway Project and assist the project owner and implementation agency. PADECO was responsible for reviewing and updating the Environmental Impact Assessment, incorporating the updated Environmental Management Plans into the Bidding Documents, and supporting the update and implementation of the Resettlement Action Plan.
