Pollution has been a critical issue in Chile, especially in Santiago. This project-type technical cooperation aimed to strengthen the information provision system and to enhance administrative capacity of the counterpart organization. 6 months prior to the completion of the project, the study team evaluated its progress and suggested the future activities. TOR for a consultant was to analyse the positive/negative factors that had impacted the project and also to summarize the results of the study.
