On July 2, 2025, Yohei Soma, Director of PADECO and President of our Polish subsidiary, participated as a panelist in the session titled “Rebuilding and Expanding – Ukraine's Reconstruction and Third Party Market Access” at the Japan-Korea-Poland Business Forum 2025, held in Warsaw.
This international forum was jointly organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), and the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), and brought together key stakeholders from the public and private sectors of Ukraine, Japan, South Korea, and Poland.
During the session, panelists engaged in a dynamic discussion on how the three countries can contribute to Ukraine’s recovery and future development.
Yohei introduced the meaning behind PADECO (Pan Development Consultant), highlighting the role of consulting and engineering firms and our current involvement in Ukraine’s reconstruction. He emphasized that to meet the substantial reconstruction needs—currently estimated at over USD 520 billion—the participation of the international community, including Japan, Poland, and Korea, is essential.
He also announced that preparations are underway to establish
PADECO Ukraine within this year.
PADECO remains committed to actively supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction through strategic partnerships and on-the-ground engagement.
