As a JICA education project, PADECO, along with Panasonic-Ukraine, introduced training facilities to three Ukrainian vocational schools.  Heat pump technology contributes to CO2 reduction and will be delivered to those vocational schools. The opening ceremony of the facility was held on 7th May 2025 and was attended by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ambassador of Japan, and the Director of JICA Ukraine.
An article on the occasion was published on the Ministry of Education and Science website.  PADECO will continue to support the reconstruction of Ukraine.
