The PADECO Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and subsequent Board of Directors Meeting on 28 June 2024 passed resolutions for the appointment of Board Members and Directors, as follows:

Takashi Soma, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director
Yohei Soma, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director
Seiji Naito, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Directors
Atsushi Chiba, Member of the Board of Directors
Hiroyuki Takamatsu, Member of the Board of Directors
Yoshiya Nakagawa, Executive Director
Christopher Rose, Director
Akiko Sugawara, Director
Nobuo Endo, Director
Yoshiya Nakagawa, previously Member of the Board of Directors, has stepped down and now serves as an Executive Director.
Tomoko Masuda, previously Member of the Board of Directors, has stepped down the expiration of her term as of June 28, 2024.
