Building upon the Project for Enhancing the Capacity of Public Service Training, the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (BPATC) plans to provide training in total quality management at the upazila (subdistrict) level nationwide. Therefore, the Government of Bangladesh requested the Government of Japan to assist a new project to extend TQM training and formulate a continuous work improvement mechanism. The new project will establish a management and implementation structure for the provision of training, analyze and accumulate cases of TQM activities, and develop partnerships with research institutes.
