Study to introduce a road concession model developed in Japan to the highway sector in Vietnam. The consultants carried out case studies for several candidate projects proposed by the GoV to examine the possibilities of introducing a Japanese institutional design to Vietnam. The consultants identified issues towards introduction of a concession model, which ultimately led to the proposition of measures in Vietnam to launch a road concession program.
