PADECO has become a group company of Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary.
The PADECO Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting and subsequent Board of Directors Meeting on 25 January 2024 passed resolutions for the appointment of Board Members and Directors. The appointed Board Members and Directors have commenced their work in a newly constituted management council (details are provided below)
